- Gas Certificate – £120.00 inclusive of VAT
- Boiler Service – £72.00 inclusive of VAT
- CO Alarm fitting – £48.00 inclusive of VAT
- Electric Certificate – £180.00 inclusive of VAT
- Energy Performance Certificate – £120.00 inclusive of VAT
- Tenants Check out fee – £90.00 inclusive of VAT
- Tenants References / Credit Checks – £60.00 inclusive of VAT per tenant
