Let only Scheme – 8.5% inclusive of VAT
Full Management Scheme -12% inclusive of VAT
Cancellation charges – £120 inclusive of VAT plus all costs incurred in obtaining the tenant in the event that the landlord does not proceed with a letting after providing either verbal or written consent.
Sale during the term of a tenancy – 2% inclusive of VAT of the sale price of the property including fixtures and fittings
Professional Inventory – from £220 inclusive of VAT
Registration of Deposit Only – £60.00 inclusive of VAT
Gas Certificate – £120.00 inclusive of VAT
Boiler Service – £72.00 inclusive of VAT
CO Alarm fitting – £48.00 inclusive of VAT
Electric Certificate – from £230.00 inclusive of VAT
Energy Performance Certificate – from £120.00 inclusive of VAT
Tenants Check out fee – £90.00 inclusive of VAT
Tenants References / Credit Checks – £60.00 inclusive of VAT per tenant
